BEFORE DISPATCH

If you wish to change or cancel your Order prior to the Product(s) having been dispatched you can email us on [email protected], to discuss what practical options are available to you. If your Order has already been dispatched, please return your Order once received in accordance with Our Returns Policy below.

AFTER DISPATCH

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if you wish to return the Product(s), you have the right to return your Order within 14 days, we recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

REFUNDS:

We will process your refund by the same method you used to pay within 14 days after your returned item(s) is received at our warehouse. Please note it can take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our quality control team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 10-15business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner. Exchange orders will ship within 24 hours of the original item being received back.

In the event of manufacturing defect, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:

Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.
Products/Items should be UNUSED.
Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of receipt (purchase). The returned product is accepted under the following conditions:

If your returns do not meet the conditions above, we have the right to refuse the refund. Please note that items on sale are non-refundable.

We will organize to pick up the item from the delivery address with pre-paid label, once we receive the item at our warehouse, it passes through the quality control team, once approved we will begin the refund process. Please refer to our “Exchange & Return policy” for further details.

International customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for exchanges as well as any taxes and/or duties imposed by your country’s government. If your order is subject to these duties/taxes, they WILL NOT appear on your RANIA MANASR invoice, but will be presented to you and collected by the parcel carrier at time of delivery. Also, if you refuse to pay taxes/duties your parcel will be returned to RANIA MANASRA, and you will be charged for the return shipment costs.
